All reservations require two (2) hour minimum open bar, with selection of either Tier One or Tier Two menus. 2. Langan’s food policy is to provide continuous service for the first two hours, with lighter service for additional hours. 3. From January to October, there is a minimum requirement of 25 people for the Club Room and 65 for the Dining Room. 4. During November and December, the number increases to 35 and 80 people respectively. 5. From November 19 through December 31, the room cost per hour is $750 for renting the Club Room and $1,000 per hour for the Dining Room. 6. A 20% deposit is required to guarantee your reservation. Refunding the full deposit will be done if notice is received at least two (2) full weeks prior to the date of the event. Please note there will be no deposit refunds for cancellations during the months of November and December. 7. A Langan’s letter of agreement will be issued upon confirmation of the event. However, a guaranteed HOLD for the event will not be completed until Langan’s receives a signed copy of the letter of agreement. 8. Room decorating is permitted, with limited restrictions. 9. New York Sales Tax @8.375% and a Gratuity @ 18% are additional.
